Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 5–12 business days
  • Canada: 7–15 business days
  • International Orders: 10–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping carriers may experience delays that are outside of our control.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after the shipment has been processed.


Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered and the order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes or modifications.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will do our best to assist where possible.


International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
